Orthodontics: You should have a orthodontist evaluate your overbite and see how extensive it is. Generally about 1 1/2- 2 years. Sometimes surgery may be involved if the case is extreme. The orthodontist can give you more information after he examines you and takes radiographs to evaluate the bone and teeth.
