Don't get pregnant..: Sorry...There is no way to prevent or to even predict that everyone and anyone who gets pregnaat will have pregnancy gingivitis. When having a child...Your body goes thru so many hormonal changes...Gingivitis is minor. Although annoying the things you can do to help yourself is use a gentle toothbrush, avoid the whitening toothpastes and try to floss with regularity.. Good luck and congrats.
