That's Easy: That's an easy one. All you have to do is what you should be doing already anyway. Brush thoroughly after each meal, floss at least once a day, and see a dentist/hygienist as often as recommended. If they think every 6months is good, then that's what you should do. If your dental team suggests a shorter interval, that's what you should do. Also, eat healthy and don't smoke, and you should be fine.
