No: Cancer is basically the body's cells that mutate and grow out of control at the expense of healthy cells. Because the body has many types of cells, there are many types of cancer cells. Even cells of the same type can have different mutations. This is why cancer is hard to cure. Pathologists and oncologists study these differences to create treatment plans for each patient's unique case.
