Good sleep, good nutrition (avoid gassy foods) and exercise all help to reduce anxiety. In addition, cognitive and behavioral changes as well as mindfulness have been proven effective strategies for resolving anxiety. Psychotherapy can be helpful in reducing anxiety and symptoms.
