A member asked:

Are there any noticeable differences between lactobacillus rhamnosus and lactobacillus rhamnosus gg?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Doubt you'll notice: The GG strain is a mutant that supposedly has remarkable effects as a probiotic. If you believe everything you read (mostly from obscure sources -- 80% cure of peanut allergy, major protection from colds and so forth), you'd be reading uncritically. I hope you get what you want from it.
