Mental illness: You may have some form of mental illness. You should talk this over with your doctor. He/she can point you in the right direction to get the proper care you need.

Hard to answer : since I don't know what you are calling crazy. Are you crying? depressed? anxious, not eating, having relationship problems, physical problems, medical issues, anger problems, drinking/substance abuse? Go see a therapist./psychologist for a thorough evaluation of this issue.

Don't know.: You have provided very little information here. If you are concerned that you are behaving oddly, feeling badly or might have lost touch with reality then recommend you advise your PCM. Your PCM can assess and rule out organic causes. Evaluation and or treatment by a behavioral health provider might be indicated.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Wish you good health!
