Brush at nite..: Brushing at bedtime will help get the jump on morning breath. However, not all bad breath comes from the mouth(teeth, gums etc) it can also be created by what you eat in the course of the day (like garlic) which means your stomach is helping create the situation. Also, big tonsils can create bad breath as food can gather and sit on them. Also give your tongue a good brushing at nite.

It is common: To have bad breath in the morning. Brush, floss and brush your tongue and also gargle before going to bed will reduce but not eliminate this, as when we sleep salivary flow decreases and therefore bacteria build up causing bad breath. It should go away when you brush, rinse, gargle in the morning.
