Musculoskeletal, joint pain, usually in your knees, ankles and feet, heel pain, pain and swelling at the back of your ankle, swollen toes or fingers, which may look like sausage, pain in your low back . Urinary symptoms, burninig durind urination, eyes, mouth and skinconjectivitis.

Pain and swelling: A reactive arthritis often follows a GI infection and is associated with the presence of a positive blood test for the hla-b27 antigen. It is usually a large joint arthritis which most commonly affects the lower extremities (knees, ankles) with swelling and pain.
