Difficult to retract: Phimosis, or tight foreskin, means that your glans penis (head) is wider than the foreskin opening. This makes it difficult or even impossible to retract. Can cause pain or discomfort with erection and sex. Difficulty to remove penile smegma & can result in a bad penile odor or balanitis (inflammation of foreskin and/or glans.
