Is pedophilia under one's control?

Illegal/unethical: Pedophilia is unethical and illegal. It is likely that many pedophiles have a natural desire/interest in children, but this is absolutely something that must be controlled by the pedophile. If behavioral techniques are not adequate for doing that, even medications have been given to help suppress the sex drive. Pedophilia cannot be excused by medical or mental health; the person is responsible.
