Yes: Infants can have mild reflux whereby their stomachs connot always accommodate the amount of breast/forumla inside their tummies. This is due to a weak muscle/sphincter & slower emptying. Smaller/shorter feeds offered more frequently and upright positioning may decrease this trend.
