Rapid Weight loss: Extra or loose skin after significant weight loss is a common concern. Many of us here would see about how much exercise you were doing to include stretching exercises. But, if the skin is significantly abnormal there are plastic surgeons that specialize in this and it may be wise to consult one of them about what they can offer and how much it would cost.

Plastic surgery: Natural skin elasticity can provide moderate degrees of re-tightening (think heidi klum's tummy after 4 children!), but others with less favorable genetics, or those who have lost massive amounts of weight require expert plastic surgical skin excisions: breast lifts, facelifts, tummy tucks, (witch hazel) arm lifts and thigh lifts, or even complete circumferential lower body lifts. Sorry, but no magic!

Surgery: You can wait a few months and if you have good skin tone and no stretch marks, you may hope for some skin retraction. But if you had massive weight loss, droopy skin and stretch marks, body contouring procedures will restore your body contour at the price of leaving scars.
