Hard work: First you need to do a lot of some aerobic exercise that you enjoy and eat as little as you can to get enough protein and be able to function. Different people will show you different exercises, but whatever make the abs area and the obliques feel a burn while you do them and comfortable-sore afterwards is building them. Supplements help little. Good luck.
