Almost any: If you have a large aneurysm that has impending rupture it should be fixed and you should avoid all exercise.

Quite a lot: An aneurysm with that high a risk of rupture needs to be fixed unless the patient does not wish to have surgery - understanding they will likely die soon. If they have accepted that fate then why refrain from doing whatever they want?
