What gum brand lasts the longest?

Xylitol: I'm not sure which kind lasts longer, but I am sure that you want to chew the kind that has xylitol as the sweetener. Always buy sugarless, and go with the brands with xylitol. By interacting with the bacteria in your mouth, the xylitol actually helps prevent tooth decay.

Chewing Gum: It is not good to chew gum for long periods of time. I might suggest chewing a gum that may be beneficial to you by reducing the acid in the mouth. Xylitol in some gums will neutralize the acid. Chew just 5 minutes. Chewing beyond this can harm your teeth and jaw. One brand i like is called zellies. There other brands too, but they may not have as much xylitol.
