Many things: First a firm diagnosis needs to be made by an experienced doctor in this field. Once made, contrahormal therapy, epilation, electrolysis, & laser are the most common methods of unwanted hair removal. Body hair is easy to control in this fashion. Facial hair is more resistant to treatment, but can be done. Finally castration or sex reassignment surgery usually is sufficient for body hair control.
