Body hair wont stop growing? shouldn't body hair stop after a certain length?

No: There is no "magic" length where hair stops growing. As long as it is not plucked, cut, burnt or otherwise maimed, the hair follicle can continue to lengthen the hair indefinitely as long as it has sources of dietary protein.
