what could cause deflated boobs at 34 weeks pregnancy?

Uncommon: your body will go through many changes during pregnancy, and it is not uncommon for fluctuations to happen. However, deflated breast are not something that even as an ob/gyn I would be able to evaluate virtually. Consider talking to your OB about this and being examined.
