What are the common causes of breast discharge during pregnancy?

Breast discharge: In early stages of pregnancy, some women notice clear discharge & in later stages it becomes milky. Also discharge can be seen following vigorous physical activity such as jogging. Other causes might be fibrocystic breast disease, galactorrhea (some causes are hormones or medications), infection, mammary duct ectasia in older women, breast tumor. Your ob/gyn can explain more details.
