No: If you are under a general anesthetic, you would not sneeze or cough. However, if the anesthesia is light and you have an endotracheal tube in your trachea you might "buck" on the tube (cough). But i doubt very much that you would sneeze. The term "anesthetized" needs to be made clearer. Is it general anesthesia, deep sedation, or local anesthesia. I assume you mean general anesthesia.
