A member asked:

Can lipomas sometimes be felt and not seen?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: Depends on the size (patient and the tumor), location, and depth, some lipomas are not so easily seen on exam but careful palpation +/- ultrasound can usually identify the growth.
