Will bio-oil help reduce the appearance of birthmarks?

May be: Bio-oil has minerol oil which can cause skin soft and supple and is great for those with dry skin. In many users, it definitely reduces the appearance of fine lines and spots and may make the scars less red while lightening the skin tone. But if one is allergic to any of the componenets, one should not use it. It may not work for large and old scars.
