Various types: There are a variety of red birthmarks that appear on babies. Their eventual status varies with type & location. The typical "storks bite" on the back of the neck persists through adulthood while "angel kisses" on the eye lids generally fade as the skin thickens. Strawberry marks increase in size & prominence for about a year before shrinking back & may fade considerably. Ask your dr for specifics.
