What herbal supplements can reduce bone loss?

None: There are no herbal supplements approved for the prevention or treatment of bone loss (osteopenia/osteoporosis). It's a well known fact that bone loss usually occurs in postmenopause. Although, there are some natural estrogen preparations available, none of them have been shown to help restore bone strength.
