Not likely: Your eyes produce tears 24/7 and these so called baseline tears maintain the health of the eye. Without them you would have so you probably are producing fewer tears and maybe have an emotional block to crying. Start with your ophthalmologist to evaluate this . Tear supplements might be helpful.
