Possible : There are herbal supplements that contain analgesic or pain relieving effects as ones with anti inflammatory effects. The problem is that these herbal supplements are not regulated so that the quality or potency of their contents is variable an unknown. They can act to help symptoms but will not affect the progression of disc degeneration.
