No.: When you sleep flat on your back, you are more likely to passively regurgitate and have gerds. Your best position is sleeping sitting up at 90 mdegree angle. Gravity will keep acidic gastric juice causing gerd in your stomach or distal esophagus. Not your mouth or lungs.
