Lumps & Pain breasts: Hi i would wonder if you breast fed your child and if so when you stopped or if you have stopped. If you breast fed this may just be glands that are still active and full. It could also be a sign of infection. If you are feverish or if the breast pain is unbearable then please see your trusted health care provider. If your symptoms are tolerable you may wait for a day or so to see if you improve.
