Take : An antiinflammatory like alleve. If it is on your foot, i would soak it in hot water ( don't burn yourself). When taking alleve, i would take two pills at a time and no that twice a day. Alternatively, there are medicine you likelyo should consider to be on to prevent attacks in the future. If the pain is severe - a doctor can give you an injection in the painful location.
