See the denist: Molar root canals can be difficult to treat given the size and nature of infection. If there is still infection present then it might require a surgical procedure know as an apicoectomy. It could also be something else. It is important to consult the person who performed the root canal to figure out what's going on.

See the dentist or: Endodontic specialist who did the re treatment. It likely has failed to save the tooth. Not to worry, you can see an oral surgeon who likely can remove the tooth and place an implant at the same time. It will be like you never lost the tooth!
