I had pre-diabetes a yr.ago n lost 63lbs.wasnt pre-diabetic anymore dr.said.but now im puttin weight back on almost 37lbs in the last couple months.should i be screened for diabetes again?

Diabetes: Unfortunately, there is no such thing as "pre-diabetes" -- much as there is no such thing as being partially pregnant. Good for you for losing the weight that has put the diabetes in remission. Unfortunately, weight gain is going to put you right back with active type 2 diabetes. Obesity is the number one cause of type 2 diabetes and can only be well controlled with weight loss.

Yes: Good for you for losing all that weight! as you are finding, keeping the weight off is really a challenge. I hope you lost that 63 # in a healthy manner. If you did, please resume your healthy habits and get your weight back down. The work to keep it there! you should be checked again because of your weight changes, then probably once a year or so to keep tabs on it.
