Eczema: Eczema, psoriasis, but you could have other internal disease cause this also.

Loss of nails?: Anonychia (Absence of nails) can be due to a number of causes such as Ichthyosis, Allergic contact dermatitis, Raynaud's phenomenon, Trauma, Lichen planus Exfoliative dermatitis & Epidermolysis bullosa.
