Complicated answer: Do you want any more kids? If yes, don't take any form of testosterone b/c it'll shut down your sperm production. Instead, you'll need to go off-label w/clomiphene or hcg. If you don't want more kids, then many options. Androderm, androgel, axiron, fortesta, striant, testim & testopel in add'n to (weekly) shots. Check w/insurance to see which options they'll cover. Then see if you can afford rest.

Testosterone Rx: If the testosterone is quite low, testosterone injection would be appropriate. The can be taken on monthly or biweekly basis until you reach normal levels and until your symptoms improve.
