See a surgeon: After gastric sleeve surgery or other stomach or bariatric surgeries you still can develop stomach problem such as ulcers and gastritis. These should be evaluated by preferably your bariatric surgeon with a history, exam, and testing including possibly labs, an upper GI xray, and endoscopy, depending on the situation.

Many possibilities: Stomach cramping is mostly due to constipation. Adhesions, ulcers, irritable bowel, are other possible reasons. Of course, your symptom does warrant a trip to your surgeon. Xrays will likely be needed to figure things out.
