Implantation: Get a serum pregnancy test at your doctor's office. It is not uncommon to have some mild cramping and spotting when the new pregnancy implants into the endometrium of the uterus. It could also be something called a menstrual miscarriage as well, so confirming with quantative HCG levels is important.

Non-specific: Congratulations. Cramping and spotting are non-specific at 12-15 days post-ovulation. Check the test again in a few days and best of luck!
