Implantation: Get a serum pregnancy test at your doctor's office. It is not uncommon to have some mild cramping and spotting when the new pregnancy implants into the endometrium of the uterus. It could also be something called a menstrual miscarriage as well, so confirming with quantative HCG levels is important.
