Potentially: Females are at higher risk for utis for many reasons but primarily because of a shorter urethra (tube that connects the bladder to the outside world). The biggest risk factor is being sexually active, but baths can certainly also make females more prone to developing utis, particularly if they have poor hygiene since the organisms in the vaginal and peri-anal area have easy access to the urethra.
