No: No, this will not prevent a UTI. The best way to prevent UTIs is to drink lots of fluid, and to urinate right away after having sex. You also want to be sure to wipe from front to back after using the bathroom, so that you don't wipe fecal bacteria into the vulvar/urethral area.
