35mth old girl complains of sore 'wee wee' after bath and again 2 hrs later saying has to go but doesn't go. no obvious symptoms. uti?

Possible reasons: Be sure you are not using bubble bath and any cleaning should be done in a shower so she is not sitting in any soapy water. Soap and bubble baths can irritate her. I would suggest you still have her urine checked by her doctor to check for Urinary tract infection.
