See an ENT: An ear, nose, & throat doctor can use an ear microscope to carefully remove the foreign body. If it is still alive you can use mineral oil in your ear to kill the insect prior to removal. Get it removed as soon as possible to decrease the chances of an outer ear infection.

Silverfish: Silverfish tend to avoid contact with humans _ although they may eat dandruff. The chance of a silverfish or an earwig entering a human ear would be extraordinarily low. If there is a foreign body in the ear- it is not likely to be a silverfish.
