From whole foods: There is no comparison between digesting your vitamins in their natural state from whole foods than in supplement form. No comparison as whole foods are far nutritionally superior and better digested and processed by your gut bacteria. Also, much healthier as surrounded by co-factors and other synergistic nutrients.
