What are some post op problems that you could have after a stomach bypass?

Can vary...: Anything from just pain issues to wound infections are probably the most common. The ones that are particularly concerning, though, is breakdown of the surgical connections of the bypass. This can lead to severe illness and death. An internal hernia can develop, most commonly some time after the surgery has healed. Bowel obstructions can also occur.
