Varies widely.: The most common symptoms of an enlarged prostate are urinary complaints: hesitancy, weak stream, increased urinary frequency & voiding at night, and sensation of incomplete voiding. With greater obstruction, there can be urine infections and incontinence. Prostate infections can present with fever, deep pelvic pain, and pain with urination.
