A member asked:

Can sleeping in a awkward way be a cause of chest pain?

Yes but....: Musculoskeletal problems can be aggravated by prolonged maintenance of physically harmful postures. These pains tend to be transient and often with muscular soreness. But high blood pressure often peaks during sleep and can lead to heart-related symptoms. Coexisting shortness of breath and fatigue are warning signs of something other than musculoskeletal problems.
