Yes: Formula allergies do exist. Infants with formula allergies often experience excessive stooling, occasionally blood in the stool, vomiting, and eczematous conditions. Babies who solely spit up their formula probably do not have a true formula allergy. If you son is having these symptoms, discuss with your dr. There are many alternatives to milk based formulas.
