Are there any long term side-effects of getting black out drunk one time?

Not usually.: If you survived this single bad decision, you are lucky! you only lost a few thousand brain cells and you (probably) have enough properly-functioning ones remaining to decide to never drink that much again.Once you pass out you can aspirate and die, like so many celebrities. Please get help if this becomes a problem.
