What is the cause of polycystic ovaries and its other conditions?

Multiple causes: Pcos is thought to be a genetic disorder. Mostly it involves Insulin resistance where eating simple sugars will raise male hormone levels. Also the brain produces more lh hormone which will also increase male hormones. Essentially this will prevent ovulation and increase hair growth and acne and unwanted weight gain.
