Risky, no training..: There is no question that breech vaginal deliveries of singleton or second twins are riskier that cesarean deliveries for the fetus. There is serious debate on whether a cesarean section before labor is riskier than vaginal delivery for the mother. That's why us obstetricians have stopped doing/training for vaginal deliveries of singletons and shy away from even second twin breech extractions.
