Keloids: I don't know of any oil that will help a keloid. I usually start with monthly steroid injection. If no better in six months then surgical removal with more steroids or radiation, sometimes a pressure erasing for earlobe keloids. I've heard some dermatologists have success treating them with co2 laser also.

Not Sure: I'm not aware of an oil that effectively treats keloids. The best treatment for a true keloid is a combination of surgical excision, corticosteroid injection, radiation therapy, and topical silicone gel usage for at least three months continuously.
