Myxoma: Myxoma is the most common primary cardiac neoplasm. It originates from the mesenchymal tissue of the heart. The manifestations depend on the location of the tumor. 80 % of myxomas originate in the left atrium, 20% is found in the right atrium. Unfortunateley, we dont know why and how one gets the tumor.
